The intrepid and successful asserter of the right of the States / Author of the CRISIS under the name of BRUTUS / The address of the Convention to the people of South Carolina and other able productions in support of Constitutional Liberty. His son Dr. Robert James Turnbull married Cornelia Paterson Van Rensselaer in New York city on February 16, 1847. Turnbull was the son of Dr. Andrew Turnbull of the New Smyrna Colony of Florida.
