"Bruce E. Garner, 51, of 67 Keller Ave., died unexpectedly at his residence Sunday evening. Dr. Richard D. Moncrief, deputy coroner, said the cause of death has not been determined. Further tests are being conducted he noted. Born in Lititz, Garner was a son of the late Emmanuel S. Garner and Lewis and Ella S. Hanna of Lititz. He lived in the Lititz and Lancaster area for more of his life and was employed at Shasta Industries, Leola. A World War II veteran of the Air Force, he was a member of Amvets Post 136, Ephrata; the VFW Post 1463, Lititz, and the American Legion Garden Spot Post 56, Lititz. Surviving, in addition to his mother and stepfather, are a daughter, Gail E. Garner, Lancaster; one granddaughter; and five brothers and sisters, Betty, wife of Robert Kreider; Patricia; and Bernard, all of Lititz; Donald, of Ephrata; and Terry, of Orange, Calif."
