Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Carver Church with Rev. M. S. Peavy and Rev. Charlie Vickers officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery with Sims in charge.
Survivors include her mother, Mrs. D. L. Waldron of Douglas; the following children, William and Gerald Joiner, Douglas, Mrs. Wilson Roberts, Mrs. Lonnie Metts, Harley Joiner, Alapaha; Lester Joiner, Jacksonville, and Mrs. James Horner of Macon. She was a sister of Mrs. Cecil Griffin , Marvin, Banner, Olen, Alfred, and Carlie Waldron, of Douglas, Arlie Waldron of Hazlehurst, Mrs. Charlie Joiner of Axson, and Mrs. Jim Henderson of Ambrose. Her nephews, Odie Henderson, Deslie Henderson, Preston Joiner, Bill, Wendell and Clyde Waldron acted as pallbearers.
