Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church in Booker with David Hearon, pastor, Kevin Wauer, pastor, and John Godino officiating. Burial will be in Heart Cemetery by Good Samaritan Funeral Service.
Hazel was born Nov. 6, 1940, in Pampa to John and Mary Francis Martin Spain. She married Wilbert Leo Brown on May 28, 1959, in Lubbock.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Johnny L. Brown of Hobart, Okla., Mike Brown of Rollet and Jimmy Brown of Booker; three sisters, Lou Ellen Spain of Texarkana, Floy Swinger and Mary Loveless, both of Tucumcari, N.M.; and five grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, in care of the funeral home, 302 S. Main St., Booker, TX 79005.
