ARTHUR LEE died here Sunday of pneumonia-influenza. Mr. Lee was born in Marysvale 38 years ago, but has spent most of his life in and around Monroe. He leaves besides his widow, Mrs. Bertha Anderton Lee, six boys and one little girl and his aged parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orson Lee.

Funeral services were held on the lawn at the home Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. Bishop Jacob Magleby conducted the services. Robert Richey offered the opening prayer and Joseph Wright the benediction.

A quartette under Thomas Ransom sang, "Sometime, Somewhere," and "Just Beyond the River Jorden", and "Somewhere the Sun is Shining". The speakers were Elders Dan Whiting, Peter M. Lundgreen, Heber Swindle, Mrs. Daniel Whiting and Bishop Magleby. Mrs. Anderton, mother of Mrs. Lee, was here to attend the funeral.

Memorial services were held Sunday.

He married Bertha Josephine Anderton (1886-1975) on 15 April 1902 in Monroe, Utah.

A son is Noble Talmage Lee (1911-1993)
