Martha M. "Marti" (Benge) Adams, 64, of Bonita Springs, Fla., formerly of Plainfield, died Friday in Bonita Springs.

She worked as an administrative assistant at Eli Lilly and Co., retiring in 1993 after 29 years of service.

Survivors include her husband, Archie D. Adams; daughter Julie Betts; son Brad Adams; and four brothers, Bill Benge of Columbus, Ohio, Hansford Benge of Mooresville, Fred Benge of Pittsboro and Dillard Benge of Plainfield.

Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel in Mooresville. Interment will be at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
