John Talcott married, by about 1625, Dorothy Mott, daughter of John and Alice (Harington) Mott. They came to Massachusetts Bay in the "Lyon" in 1632. John Winthrop Jr. treated her for sciatica on 30 November 1658 and for swollen legs on 19 April 1660. He treated her 7 September 1667 for ague. She was living 1 June 1669 when he gave her something for breathing and swelling. She died at Hartford in February 1669/70.
They had 3 children: John, Mary (Talcott) Russell, & Samuel.
