Note: 4losthistory from Find A Grave suggested that Penelope last name was Malone after the name of the Cemetery. I am NOT able to find any proof to such a claim and asked this person to show me their info, none has been given as of date.

I found he/she had created Benjamin Edwards Memorial in Find A Grave and asked for his memorial to be transferred to me since the only info given was the initials B. E. Morris with no family info. Instead he/she took it upon them-self to do our family research adding census reports that are not totally correct and not transfer the memorial to family.

This was given to me by Ann Parker:

"Copy of Will in old Mail file...Recorded in will book A page 51 Case 1, Box 3 recorded 29th day of July 1806

"Knowing the weakness of my body..........last will & testament and leave Wm. Fields & Joshua Lewis Exec. To wit: I give my soul to God and my body to be decently buried and my land & household furniture and stock to my daughter, Penelope Edwards but six head of cattle I leave to be divided between Mary Cutalans & Elizabeth Bathas (Bethea?)________?____children at the discretion of my exec. & I leave one big stove to be sold to furnish a new house I have began and so sines (signs) this in the presence of testators this 11 mar 1803.

Recorded 29 July 1806"
