Mrs. Palmer, wife of Gen. I. N. Palmer of the army, died yesterday at her residence, 1309 17th street, after a serious illness of more than a week. Her daughters, Mrs. Lemly, Mrs. Swift and Mrs. Denny, and her sister, Mrs. Jones, were at her bedside.
