Athens, Aug. 20 - Fritz L. Miller, of Athens died at 8 p.m. Friday in St. John's hospital, Springfield, where he was admitted as a medical patient earlier in the day. He was 75 years old.
Mr. Miller was born Aug. 9, 1880 in Germany, the son of Rudolph and Lena Duene Miller.
He had been a resident of Athens for 14 years.
Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Katie; three daughters, Mrs. Lena Weichuner, of Fancy Prairie; Mrs. Helen Wright, of Sweetwater; and Mrs. Lucille Cramer, of Athens; 10 grandchildren; and one brother, William R. Miller, of Pleasant Plains.
Funeral services were held at in the Mott & Son funeral home.
Burial was in Sugar Grove cemetery, Sweetwater.
