Cecil H. Buck Sr.

Cecil H. Buck Sr., 79, of 1602 E. Fox, died at 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the University of Chicago Hospital. Mr. Buck was born June 22, 1905 (twin with Lucille Irene Buck Roberts), in South Bend to Charles Augusta and Myrtle Mary Keene Buck.

On June 5, 1926, in South Bend, he married the former Burdell M. McKee, who died Feb. 9, 1973. Survivors include a son, Cecil Buck Jr. of Jones, Mich.; two daughters, Beverly Schiff and Patricia Kil, both of South Bend; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Gordon V. Buck of Mishawaka; and two sisters, Edna Anderson of South Bend and Clarabelle Brockus of Mishawaka. Mr. Buck was employed by Studebaker Corporation for 22 years and by Allied Stamping Products for 10 years.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Bubb Funeral Chapel. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery.
