FRANK FORBES PIERCE SNYDER, 80, of Dayton RD 2, died Thursday, March 11, 1976 at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, Kittanning.
A son of the late Christian and Jane Yarger Snyder, he was born Oct. 24, 1895 at Timblin, Jefferson County.
He married Margaret Pearl Bittinger on Dec. 16, 1916. He was a retired coal miner.
Surviving are his widow; three sons: Paul A.C., Kenneth E., both of Dayton RD 2; Deeo B., Ford City RD 3; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Lavern F., three sisters and six brothers.
Friends are being received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at the Frank O. Bly Funeral Home, Dayton, where services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. James L. Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Redbank Township, Armstrong County.
