West Frankfort, Illinois
Rhoda Larkin, 76, of West Frankfort died at 6:30 o'clock this morning at Union Hospital where she had been a patient since Monday morning. She had been in ill health for the past three months. Besides her husband, William Larkin, she is survived by two sons, Chester Larkin and Albert Larkin, both of West Frankfort; three daughters, Mae Gray and Flossie Allen, both of West Frankfort, and Rose Lehr of Marion, Indiana; two sisters, Eva Waters of Pana and Nancy Miller of Sullivan; sixteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The body will lie in state at the family residence after 4 o'clock this afternoon. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon from Apostle Faith Assembly Church with Rev. Oscar Hughes in charge. Interment will be in Tower Heights Cemetery.
