Scott Budge Passey, 86, passed away February 5, 1999 in Provo, Utah.

He was born February 12, 1912 in Paris, Idaho to E.J. and Effie Budge Passey. He married Helen Henderson, September 30, 1935. She died October 10, 1986. He married Jean A. Killpack, September 28, 1988. She died December 26, 1994. He then married Anna Thompson, September 20, 1997.

Scott attended schools in Logan, Utah and graduated from Utah State University. He worked summers until graduation for the U.S. Forest Service and old U.S. Bureau of Fisheries. Employed by the U.S. Soil Conservation Service for almost 35 years in Juab, Sanpete and Carbon Counties, Utah. During 21 years at Price he supervised work of the soil Conservation Service in Eastern Utah until his retirement in 1972.

He is survived by his wife, Anna; daughters, Mary Jeanne (Lew) Myers of Tucson, Arizona; Anne (Dwight) Barrett of Orem, Utah. He had nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He had one remaining sister, Doris Ann Williams of Logan, Utah.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 8, 1999 at 11 a.m. at Berg Mortuary, 185 East Center Street, Provo. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, East Lawn Memorial Hills.
