Melanie Ella Logan, 49, died Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness.
Melanie was born September 15, 1959, in Cleveland, to Dwight and Maryella (Armstead) Cothran. She made Mansfield her home. She had passion for children and taught Head Start for many of years
She leaves to cherish in her memory her husband, Scott E. Logan, of Mansfield; a son, Scott E. Logan, of Mansfield; two daughters, Joi E. (James) Davis, of Mansfield and Jonella D. Logan, of Montgomery, Ala; a brother, Steven D. Cothran, of Cleveland; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Stephanie Cothran.
