Mrs. Williams, 82, of Lake Charles died at 8:45 p.m. Monday in her residence after a lengthy illness.
She was a native of Winnfield, a retired teacher, a Pink Lady, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW, a member of the Council on Aging, a member of the American Association of Retired Persons, a member of the Home Demonstration Club, Louisiana Home Extension Services, and a member of the South Winnfield Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Charles Parker; one sister, Maude McManus of Alexandria; 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call until time of services today in the funeral home.
