David Ward Snyder was the son of Elmer C. Snyder and Iva Elmira Dinger.

He died at his home in Timblin, PA and was buried 29 May 1923.

WARD SNYDER, AGED 14, DIES AT HOME IN TIMBLIN

Ward Snyder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer C. Snyder of Timblin, died May 27, of spinal meningitis after an illness of only five days, aged 14 years and 28 days.

He was a member of the St. James Lutheran church and also a member of the Freshman class ot the Kittanning high school.

Interment was made in the St. James Lutheran Cemetery on May 29, The Rev. C. S. Brewer conducted the funeral services.

He will be greatly missed in the home, being an only child and son, in the Sunday school where he was a regular and faithful attendant and also by his playmates, neighbors and friends in the entire community.
