OBITUARY:
Mrs. Janie Clark
BLACKSHEAR - Mrs. Janie Riggins Clark, 91, died Friday afternoon at her residence after a long illness.

She was a native and life-long resident of Pierce County, and a member of Enon Primitive Baptist Church.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Vera Davis, Mrs. Doris Bowen and Mrs. Equilla Dixon, all of Blackshear, and Mrs. Lera Hodges and Mrs. Merlene Pruitt, both of Ocala, Fla.; five sons, R. C. Clark of Ocala, Fla., Emmitt and Tommie Clark, both of Waycross, and Mansfield and Foster Clark, both of Blackshear; four sisters, Mrs. Gertie Dixon of Blackshear, Mrs. George Harper of Waycross, Mrs. Beaulah Roberts and Mrs. Belle Stewart, both of Savannah; 28 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and several other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at her residence, Rt. 3, Blackshear, with burial in Enon Cemetery.

Clough-Pearson Funeral Home is in charge.
