Diane Linkletter

Daughter of entertainer Art Linkletter. Athletic and a disciplined equestrian, she briefly co-hosted her father's "House Party" variety television show in 1969. As the very popular and precocious youngest daughter of a television icon (and Goddaughter of Walt Disney), her unexpected death made national headlines. Speculation in the press of drug involvement in her death was discredited by her friends and county toxicology results.
