Solomon Snyder was the son of George Michael and Mary Schneider.

He married Hannah M. Stein.

Solomon died near Coudersport in Eulalia Twp., Potter Co., PA.

"I recently presented evidence to paintedhills.org that strongly suggests that Solomon and Hanna Stein Snyder were buried in the lot purchased by "Sol Snyder" before 1870, in the Hebron Cemetery, which would be about the time of Hannah's death.

Solomon lived with his daughter, Mary A Snyder Sheldon and her husband, George Sheldon. Four of George and Mary A Snyder Sheldon's children were buried in the lot purchased by Solomon Snyder. Those children are Robert Sheldon age 7, Amanda Sheldon age 18, Miles Sheldon age 20 and Mary L Sheldon Lyman. There are two memorials on the lot purchased by Solomon Snyder, one for Robert, Amanda and Miles and a separate one for Mary Lyman.

No grave marker exists for Solomon and Hannah Stein Snyder but clearly, they would have been buried in their own cemetery lot.

Milton Swift, Hebron cemetery manager, has verified that the cemetery lot as being purchased by "Sol Snyder".

I, therefore, suggest that Solomon and Hannah Stein Snyder be added to this place in the Hebron Cemetery on the Find A Grave site."
