Ruth divorced Gilbert around 1950 & married Lester Newton by 1955. He was several years younger than she was. I am her grand daughter, born in 1950, & knew her & Lester (Les) while I was age 5 thru 18 yrs (I was 18 the last time I saw her). I knew Grandpa Gilbert until his death in a traffic accident when I was 19.
