Survivors include her husband, Thomas Van Colvin; one son, John Williams Tibb Jr. of Natchez, Miss.; four daughters, Misses Bonnie Marie Tibbs, Beverly Anita Tibbs, both of Natchez, Vanita Jean Colvin and Connie Denise Colvin, both of Bernice; her parents, Holly Barlow of Vidalia and Mrs. Maude Corley of Gilbert; six brothers, Earl Barlow of Wesson, Miss., Joe Barlow of Vidalia, Herman Barlow of Brookhaven, Miss., Lane Barlow of Hobbs, N.M., Water Corley and Quintus Barlow, both of Gilbert; and four sisters, Mrs. Myrtis Caldwell of Ferriday, Mrs. Barbara Neel Lowe of Garland, Ark., Mrs. Jeanette Roberts of Wisner and Miss Patricia Corley of Santa Fe, N.M.
