Thelma was born Aug. 26, 1911, in Colorado to Garrett and Daisy Alford Moody. On June 12, 1926, she was united in marriage to Everett "Friz" Frazee in Olathe, Ks.
Thelma was capable of tackling any tasks. She worked for several grocery stores in the deli department, Pence's, IGA, Country Market; worked at Mode-O-Day and cleaned houses.
She retired at the young age of 83 after a lifetime of working experiences.
Thelma lived in Spring Hill, Wellsville, Rantoul and Ottawa and after failing health moved to Osawatomie to Vintage Park and later Life Care Center.
She was preceded in life by her parents, husband, daughter, Martha Clayton; three sisters, Bessie Moody, Wanda Douglas, Venetia Nixon, and one brother, Warren Moody.
Surviving are her daughter, Louise, and her husband, Harland Shively, Osawatomie, two grandsons, a granddaughter, five great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and friends.
