Hadley -- Elwin B. Cromack; 80 of 56 North Maple St., 32-year self-employed poultryman, died Tuesday in Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Northampton. He retired in 1969.
A native of Colrain, he was a 1920 graduate of Arms Academy, Shelburne, and 1922 graduate of Stockbridge School of Agriculture.
He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge of Amherst.
He leaves his wife, the former Esther Marie Johnson; as on, Roger of Westport, Conn., and two grandchildren.
The graveside service will be Friday morning in Plainville Cemetery. Douglass Funeral Home, Amherst, is in charge. (Springfield Union, Wednesday, July 27, 1983, Page 35)
