Georgia A Dyer, 80, a lifetime resident of Wenatchee, died Sunday February 7, 1988, in Central Washington Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born to John C. and Sarah (Highchew) Duncan Sept. 12, 1907, at Wenatchee and married Peter R. Dyer on July 2, 1925, here. They made their home here and she worked as a fruit paker for over 35 years in the Wenatchee Valley. Mr. Dyer died in 1975 and most recently she had lived with her granddaughter, Vicki Fechner, in her Wenatchee home.
Survivors include her children, Robert E Dyer and Dorothy Smalley, both of Wenatchee, Jacqueline J. Gibbs, East Wenatchee, two brothers Howard Kowitz of Kettle Falls and Grant Graham of Ocean Shores; her sister Ida Thompson of Sacramento, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
