News has been received here of the death last Sunday at Thornton, Iowa, of David Comer, aged 70, father of Jesse J. Comer, of Sedalia. Besides the son named he is survived by another son, Paul Comer, of Thornton, Iowa, and two daughters, Mrs. Carl Morris, of Thornton, and Mrs. Sarah Sandford, of New Elm, Minnesota.
The body will be taken to Fortuna, MO., his former home where the funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon and interment made.
