"DONALD AUSBROOK, FORMERLY OF THIS CITY, DIES IN WEST

Native of Watertown Victim of Heart Attack; Funeral Here Tomorrow.

East Moline-- Donald H. Ausbrook, 47, a native of the Watertown area of East Moline and for many years a resident of this community, died suddenly yesterday morning following a heart attack suffered in Albuquerque, N.M., where he, in company with Mrs. Ausbrook, were attending a convention.

For the last 20 years, Mr. and Mrs. Ausbrook have resided in Richmond, Calif. The former East Moline man is vice president and district manager of the refrigeration division of the Santa Fe railroad and it was a convention of refrigeration experts and managers that he was attending in Albuquerque when death came.

Mr. Ausbrook was born in East Moline May 6, 1899, in that part of the city which one time constituted the village of Watertown. He was reared in the community and attended the local schools. On May 1, 1920 , he married Florence Larberter in Chicago. He was a member of the Masonic lodge, A.F. & A.M. of Silvis.

Survivors are the widow; one daughter Carol Jean, at home; his father William G. Ausbrook of East Moline; two sisters, Mrs. C.R. Mercer, of East Moline and Mrs. L.E. Soderquist of Akron, O., and one brother R.E. Ausbrook of Maywood.

The body will arrive in East Moline tomorrow morning and after being taken to the Primm funeral parlors will be removed to Grace Methodist church where funeral services will be held at 3:3 (sic; 3:30 JEB) tomorrow afternoon. The Rev. A.L. Honn, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery in Moline."
