Rites For Charles W. Horine, 81, Tomorrow.
Funeral services for Charles W. Horine, 81 years old, who died at 4:10 o'clock yeatserday afternoon at Jane Chinn hospital, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Johnston Arnce-Simpson Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Cecil Horner officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Mr. Horine a resident of Webb City for many years, had been a patient in the hospital since June 26 when he suffered a fractured hip in a fall at his home at 401 North Webb Street. A retired carpenter, he was born at Richwood, Mo., March 27, 1873, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Horine.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Earl Wynne of Webb City, Mrs. Babe Akers of Lee Summit and Mrs. Kathryn Barnes of Allawee, Okla.; four sons, Sid Horine of Joplin, Ed Horine of Webb City, Albert Horine of Kansas City, Kan., and Denver Horine of Messilla Park, N.M.; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Bond, Paul Harper, Bus Wynne, Bob Wynne, Glen Johnson and Kenneth Wade.
