He was married March 1, 1919 to Miss Hazel Maude Mullinnix of Fulton, who survives.Mr. Muir was an active stock raiser and shipper for many years and for 20 years he operated the Muir Service Station on old Highway 40, before moving to Fulton in 1946.He was a member of the McCredie Methodist Church."
