William Forest Ingmire was the son of William and Ada Ingmire and was born June 28, 1914, at Billings. He attended Billings schools. Ingmire and Helen Mae (sic) Ewy were married at Wellington, Kan., Oct. 10, 1940. She died in 1976.

He and Mary Bartow were married Feb. 16, 1979, at Perry. Ingmire was a member of Christ Lutheran Church where served as an elder. He had been employed by Shell Oil Company, Borden's Milk, Martie McQuain and Perry Construction before joining the work force at Charles Machine Works in 1969. Ingmire retired in 1980.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons; four daughters; two brothers; two sisters; and 14 grandchildren.
