JAMIE HAWKINS, 36, of Duncan, Okla., passed away Friday, March 13, 2009, at his home.
Graveside memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, in Fairlawn Cemetery at Comanche.
Jamie was born Feb. 27, 1973, at Duncan, the son of Guy Hawkins and Linda Gayle Forney Pomerantz. He worked as a cook.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Gayle Forney Pomerantz; a brother, Shannon Dale Ivy; and grandmother, Lavell Forney.
Survivors include his stepfather, Robert Pomerantz of Duncan.
