TED D. TAYLOR, 73, of Tampa, died Sunday. A native of Valdosta, Ga., he had lived in Tampa for 40 years. He was a member of the Boilermakers Local 433. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife, Oletta of Tampa; three daughters, Laverne Waters and Marilyn Witt, both of Tampa, and Linda Mack of Charleston, S.C.; two sons, J.R. of Charlotte, N.C., and Ted Jr. of Whitesboro, N.Y.; two sisters, Louise Crosby of Quitman, Ga., and Merle Fiveash of Tampa; 14 grand-chldren; and five great-grandchildren.
