Accetta, Laura M. Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grand mother passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Tendercare of Saginaw. Age 95 years. Daughter of the late Andrew and Flossie (Coon) Zuckschwerdt, Laura was born on September 21, 1913 in Chesaning, Michigan. She married Maurice Byron Fisher. He predeceased her in 1959. She then married Dominic J. Accetta on January 22, 1978. He prede-ceased her on June 13, 2006. Laura enjoyed volleyball, bowling and ping-pong. She was a faithful member of Ames United Methodist Church. Laura was a member of the Red Cross and Columbus, Ohio Elks. Surviving are three children: Ron and Judy Fisher, Saginaw, Marilyn and Robert Herzog, Burton, Robert and Carol Fisher, Portage; step-daughter, Ruth Ellen Accetta, Florida; thirteen grandchildren: Terry (Scott) Darland, Mike (Peggy) Fisher, Kristi (Brian) Wrobel, Chris (Tina) Herzog, Ben Herzog, David (Angela) Beegle, Laura Beegle, Andy Beegle, Julie Beegle, Denise (Bret) Fra!nklin, Scott (Nikki) Schnurr, Tracy (Rob) Roberson and Kevin Fisher; twelve great-grandchildren; a brother, Warren (Berth) Zuckschwerdt; sister, Viola (Bob) Hines and dear friend, Mary Hart. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sally Beegle. Funeral Service will take place 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2009 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev. Mark Karls will officiate with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
