BARNES Lisa Ann Osborne, 45, died Wed, Mar 18, 2009 at the University of Kentucky Hospital. Born in Harlan, KY, she was the daughter of Patricia Byrd Osborne and the late Franklin Osborne. Ms. Barnes was a graduate of Lafayette High School Class of 1981 and a devoted employee of Cardinal Hill Hospital who was loved by all. Survivors other than her mother include two sons, Derrick A. Barnes and Daniel R. Barnes; one sister, Robin Disney; one brother, Jeff (Ginny) Osborne; and several other family members. Funeral services will be 2:30pm Sat at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. by Rev. Gordon Smith. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-9pm Fri. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name are suggested to Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, 2050 Versailles Rd., Lex., KY 40504 or the Lexington Humane Society, 1600 Old Frankfort Pike, Lex., KY 40504.
