"Funeral services for Tommy Joe Welch of Austin, formerly of Lampasas, were Nov. 18, 2006, at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas with Pastor Tim Ochsner officiating. The body will be cremated following the service.
Mr. Welch died Nov. 15 in Austin. He was 41.
He was born July 26, 1965, in Austin, the son of Tommy Gerald and Vera Inez Biddy Welch.
Mr. Welch had worked at Brown's Feed Store in Lampasas and attended Calvary Baptist Church.
He is survived by three sisters, Bonnie Harrell and Katherine Lindsey, both of Lampasas, and Virginia Bunting, of Liberty Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Welch was preceded in death by a brother, Jessie Ray Welch, and by his mother.
