Bishop of the Diocese of Charleston. He was the son of Rev. James Blake Howe and Mary White. Both James and Mary died in Albany, New York.
———-
His father died changing rail cars in Albany, New York; his mom died in New Hampshire thrown from a carriage. A horse and buggy carriage I'm assuming???? I have a bio on her page, no details of these deaths, but his mom died in New Hampshire.
