ELLINGTON Dolores M, 74, passed away on Wed, Mar 18 at her home in Lexington. She was born on Mar 12, 1935 in Rowan County, KY, a daughter of the late Fred and Tina Ward Ellington.

Ms. Ellington was retired from G.T.E. as an assignment clerk. She was a member of the CWA Union and was an avid country music and UK Wildcat fan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Fugate, one sister, Flossie June Williams and five brothers, Orville, Claude, Chester, Ledford and Hansford Ellington.

Survivors include one son, Terrell Fugate and his wife, Sue of Frankfort, two granddaughters, Jaime Wagoner and Kimberly Fugate, one great-granddaughter, Cierra Wagoner and daughter-in-law, Anita Fugate all of Lexington.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12pm Sat, Mar 21, 2009 in the chapel of the Lane-Stucky-Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Chaplain Diane Munoz and Rev. Don Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Ellington Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-9 pm Fri. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
