In the spring of 1894 Cora's stepfather, George Washington, deeded to her 1 lot and a house, 1 story high with shrubbery and fruit trees in the eastern part of Centralia, also another lot and part of the lot with a good house, wood house and well, also 5 acres of good rich land about 1 mile south of Centralia on which is a 2 story house.
