Penny Boelter White Kelly, 46, formerly of Rochester, died Tuesday (March 17, 2009) in Mankato, Minn.
She was born Penny Lee Radke on Dec. 24, 1962, in Rochester. She married Mark Wayne Boelter in 1984. He died in January 1985. In 1990 she married Tim White in Florida and returned to Rochester. The couple were later divorced.
She moved to Mankato in 1995 and on Oct. 31, 1996, married Rich Kelly. They were later divorced.
She enjoyed her family and friends and doing things her way.
As a special memory, her hair was donated to Locks of Love.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Radke of Mankato; her father, Wayne Radke of Rochester; a brother, Scott (Peggy) Radke of Rochester; Shelly Crosby of Arizona; her maternal grandmother, Irene Blomberg of Rochester; numerous other family members, including Jody Radke and Wanda Radke, both of Rochester; and the Kelly family of Mankato. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Mark; a son, Matthew; her mother, Sherry; and former husband, Tim.
Memorials are suggested to her daughter.
