Nghia was born in Hanoi, Vietnam, and came to the United States in 1975. He enjoyed the simple things in life: spending time with his wife and children, cooking, gardening, playing the piano, and volunteering in the church choir. Nghia graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and devoted 20 years to engineering. He will be remembered for his strong will and dedication to his family.
Survivors: Nghia is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Hoa Thi Tran; children, Viet Dai Tran and wife, Hanh Minh Tran, Xuan Thanh Tran, Nam Dai Tran and Duong Dai Tran; his mother and father; father-in-law; numerous brothers and sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
