Hope went home to be with our Lord. She was a devoted daughter, mother, Nana, sister, and aunt. She will be most remembered for her generosity, kindness, and devoted service to the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her brother, John DeOrona, Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Lasarita DeOrona; her sister, Rita DeOrona; children, Roger Rendon and his wife Martha, Yolanda Vantassel, Michael Rendon and his wife Dolores, Gina Baeza and her husband George, Rita Day and her husband Mark, and David John Romero. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will all miss her deeply.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Thursday, March 19, 2009, from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel, on Friday, March 20, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., with an interment to follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
A Tribute and Celebration of her life will be held at Southpoint Foursquare Church, in Fresno on Friday, March 27, 2009, at 10:00 a.m.
