Agnes Riddell Bryant, long time residence of Florence, died Thursday, December 13, 2001 at Heritage Healthcare in Tuscaloosa. December 15, 2001 at Greenview Memorial Park Funeral Home in Florence with graveside services following at 11:00 a.m. at Greenview Memorial Park Cemetery. She was born June 10, 1913 in Savannah, Tennessee. She is survived by her son Tommy Bryant and daughter-in-law Virginia Bryant of Tuscaloosa, granddaughters Kim Bryant Brown (Carlton) of Nashville, Jane Bryant Thomas (Dudley) of Columbia, Tennessee, Rebecca Bryant of Atlanta; grandsons Lt. Col. Ray Johnson of Birmingham, Randall Johnson of Dallas, Texas, eight great-grandchildren and one great- great grandson, sisters Roberta Riddell Neill of Savannah, Tennessee and Jean Riddell Shepherd of Valdosta, Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Nona Riddell, brothers Bill Riddell, Frank Riddell and Parker Riddell and sisters Margaret Riddell Batts and Louise Riddell deFord.
