Ruth E. Bryson, 72, formerly of Prangley Avenue, died Tuesday evening of natural causes at Conestoga View, 900 E. King St., where she had resided since 1995.
Miss Bryson retired in 1988 from the Lancaster County Library. She previously had worked for Slaymaker Lock Co.
She was a member of First Assembly of God, Lancaster.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Bertha Patton Bryson.
