Mary Pendley Bott, 75, died on February 22, 1990 in Provo.


Born October 4, 1914 in Henshaw, Kentucky to Virgil and Myrtle Chapel Pendley.


Married Kai Viggo Bott on October 19, 1940 in Provo; he died on September 13, 1962. Received education in Kentucky, moved with her parents to Provo. Following marriage they made their home in Provo. Member of Baptist Church and the Rebecca Lodge.


Survived by three sons and daughter, Thomas Bott, Orem; Roger Bott, Talapousa, Georgia; Gerald Bott, Provo; Mrs Roger (Loretta) Lewis, Salt Lake City; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, Ray and Omer Pendley, both Salt Lake City; Mrs. Joseph (Gloria) Quinn, American Fork; Dorothy Macmahon, Little Rock, Arkansas.


Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 East Center Street, where friends may call on Monday from 6-8 p.m., and one hour prior on Tuesday.
Interment: Provo City Cemetery.
