Grizzell Greene, 98, of Route One, died February 17, 2001, in Pinewood Manor Nursing Home. A native of Gates County, she attended Oak Grove Christian Church.
Survivors include a brother, Herman Greene of Sunbury; a granddaughter, Doris Giles of Chesapeake; two great-grandsons, James and Robbie Giles; and a great-great-grandson, Kyle Sylvester.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Oak Grove Church Cemetery. Harrell Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling arrangements.
