Word of the death of Marie Queen was received here by a daughter, Mary Queen. Mrs. Queen died unexpectedly at her home in St. Paul, Minn., Dec. 24.
Born in 1902 in Germany, she came to the United States in the early 1920's.
She was a member of the Lutheran faith.
Mrs. Queen was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Queen, who died in 1973.
Additional survivors include another daughter, Xelma Pitzl, St. Paul; a son, Billy Queen, Missoula , Mont.; four grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Services and burial were held Dec. 28 in St. Paul under the direction of the Sanburg Mortuary, St. Paul.
