in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Born June 3, 1884, in Carroll County,
he was the son of David A. and Anna
Murgatroyd Smith. His marriage June
22, 1910, was to Amy Fawcett and she
died in 1965. He was a former Logansport
clerk-treasurer.
Surviving are one daughter; two
sons, six grandchildren, four greatgrandchildren
and one brother, Miles
O. Smith of Kankakee, Ill.
