In the 29 Jun 1613 (St. Peter's Day) 3-line marriage record on FamilySearch.org ; t states that Ann King is the daughter of George King and Margaret his late wife is inserted above in the middle of the second line.
No record of birth or baptism for Ann/Anne (King) Vassall has been found or is otherwise known to exist, so this may be the only record that connects Ann/Anne (King) Vassall to her mother Margaret (_____) King who was buried 19 Jun 1597; 16 years before the 1613 marriage.
Anne Kin required consent to marry from her father George King (according to https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/King-399); just a guess, but if Ann/Anne King was born 1593-1594, she would be age 19-20 in 1613 and so at age less than 21 would require permission to marry? Even more so if Ann/Anne was born 1595-1596;
the baptism of her younger sister Mary King on 16 May 1597; the burial of their mother Margaret (____) King on 19 Jun 1597, and the burial of infant Mary King on 06 Mar 1597/8 are all recorded; see the second image below (image 13; on the left side is page 24 where all 3 1597/8 records are found).
No record of marriage has been found for George King and Margaret ____; by setting the year of their marriage at ~1593 on Find-a-Grave (which does not have the "about" option), the marriages of George King to Margaret _____ and to Johan Lorrain (04 Feb 1599/1600) are shown in the correct chronological order
She was the daughter of George King of Cold Norton and his wife, Joane Rowse of Middlesex, England.
George King of Purleigh/Cold Norton/Woodham Mortimer, Essex, England...

...married first Margaret ____, and she was the mother of his first two children: Anne, whose baptismal record has not been found yet she is known to have married William Vassall in 1613, and Mary, who was baptized 16 May 1597 and buried in infancy on 06 Mar 1597/8 at St. Stephen Parish in Cold Norton after her mother Margaret died and was buried 19 Jun 1597 at St Stephens in Cold Norton.
The second marriage of George King to Joanne Lorrain, who had been the "servant of Mr. Gosling" (and was the mother of Judith, Frances, George, Judith, Christopher, Thomas and Daniel; all baptized at St Stephens-Cold Norton) was on 04 Feb 1599/1600 at St. Mary and St. Margaret Parish in Stow Marie's, Essex, England.
