Jason W. Manning, 21, passed away October 28, 2000 from injuries in an auto accident. He was born January 12, 1979, in Logan, Utah. He was the son of G. Ray and Deon Bastian Manning.

He graduated from Bear River High School and was attending Utah State University. After high school graduation, he serve an LDS mission to the Columbia Cali Mission. He was an Eagle Scout.

He is survived by his parents; four sisters, Michelle, Sharianne, Tiffany, Talauna; one brother, David Golden; his grandparents, David K. and Marjorie Manning and Lora Bastian, all of Garland.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jay Golden Bastian.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday November 1, 2000 at the Garland LDS 3rd and 4th Ward chapel, 175 S. Main. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, at the Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 N. 100 East, Tremonton. Internment in Garland Cemetery.
