Samuel and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Foy Morrow, had three known children: Samuel W. Morrow Jr. (b. abt. 1843, Baltmore), Florence Morrow Althoff (1848-1921), and William F. Morrow (1851-1916).
Worn inscriptions can be discerned on three sides of the marker, so it seems likely that Elizabeth Foy Morrow is buried here as well. Florence Morrow Althoff's death certificate also indicates she is buried here.
On one side of the marker, there are the names of four Morrow children who all died between 1842 and 1851. Their dates of birth are illegible:

Frankie Morrow d. 1851

On the morning of the 23rd instant, after an illness of 22 dsys, of typhoid fever, SAMUEL W. MORROW, in the 40th year of his age. The friends and acquaintances of the family are respectfully requested to attend his funeral on to-morrow (Thursday) afternoon, at half past three o'clock, from his late residence, No. 105 Ann street, without further notice.
